How to Enquire Online about Auction Property
Buying a property with Worldwide Property Auctions couldn't be easier. All of
our properties are placed for auction by the individual owners themselves.
Every single property comes with its own enquiry form for you to complete and ask
any questions direct to the property owner.
Once received they will respond to your questions and possible bids direct. We do
not get involved in the actual selling or negotiating process - that is between
buyer and seller alone.
Please do not waste the time of sellers by placing ridiculous bids as they very
often will not be replied to.
Lastly agents or unscrupulous enquirers emails will be deleted to protect our sellers
identities wherever possible - so if you are a scammer or trickster beware we are
watching for you.
Should you wish to make an enquiry about any property:
- View the properties you are interested in from our online Auction Listings. We can
also arrange appointments for you to view any property in person, these may not
be available for every property on the site.
- Complete our online Enquiry Form which can be found underneath every property featured
in our auction property section and ensure that you have included all of your relevant
information together with any questions or proposed bids.
- Your enquiry will then be delivered direct to the seller of the property and they
will respond to your enquiry personally.
- If successful you will be required to negotiate the procedure of the sale direct
with the seller.
