2. Do I need to register to bid?

All bidders will be asked to register their bids online. You need not become a member of this service but you do need to supply us with various details in order for us to check the clarity of your bid before we send it on to the agent or vendor.

 

3. If I pull out will I lose my deposit?

7. Do you arrange inspection tours?

We do not arrange inspection tours as such but we can arrange for viewings and assistance with finding flights, accommodation locally and car hire. We do have agents that occasionally offer inspection trips please contact us to discuss.

 

8. What are the costs of buying at Auction?

Other than your normal legal/coveyancing costs (approx 10-12%) - which your lawyer will advise you of there are no further costs involved. Worldwide Property Auctions do not charge any fees to the buyer and entrance to the Auction Room is free of charge.
